You’ve experienced tough stuff growing up and adult life often feels just as difficult. As a young person, you had to navigate demanding expectations. As an adult, you find yourself working hard to prove yourself. You have reached goals you (and others) have set for yourself, but you don’t celebrate your successes and often feel like an imposter.

Our work together will help you see your world in a new way. When we meet, we will talk about how life has looked in the past, what it looks like now, and how your view of life has developed. Together we will identify new ways of knowing and living. Growth happens in and outside of therapy, so we will also identify what you can do to keep the momentum going outside of therapy.

Change is possible. Reach out to learn how therapy can help you create a more fulfilling life. Let’s take this journey together.

Parents and couples face challenging obstacles that affect their unique bonds.

The overwhelm of managing school, jobs, relationships, and personal needs can lead to difficult emotions - worry, sadness, isolation, and confusion. Dysfunction can develop if we are unsure how to handle these difficult emotions.

One-on-one support enhances the journey of creating healthy relationship dynamics. My goal is to share practical skills that expand communication and understanding, to improve family and intimate relationships.

I employ an eclectic approach, focused on person-centered, therapeutic strategies - dialectical, mindfulness based, cognitive behavioral, and play - within a plan tailor-made for your family and relationships unique needs. Connect with me today to learn how, together, we can lay the foundation for a healthier tomorrow.

  • You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non- emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
